We realize these are uncertain times. However, we do need to be thinking about summer camps. We are actively reviewing our options for a variety dates and locations. Trust that we will only plan a camp if
and when the government is allowing us to travel.
That said, we need to gauge general interest in travel to camps this summer. We want to book our space, coaches, etc. if there is interest and we are able to go, however, we are being cautious with the
club’s finances so as not to over-commitment ourselves (we have heard that some of our typical venues have very stringent cancellation policies, even given COVID-19).
Our goal here is simply to get reactions to a variety of scenarios, which will allow us to give reasonable camp pricing and dates (all under the assumption it is safe to do so).
